To Chlorite #3 Return to Chlorite #1 This specimen has been banging around in a rock tray for years, and shows it. In the recesses we can still see the dark green, pearly nature of the chlorite, but the mashed outer portions do not look much like chlorite. Hardness 2 - 2.5; pearly luster; basal cleavage; opaque to transluscent. |
