Description
Geologists instinctively start turning a rock over as soon as they pick it up. Partly it is to see everything the rock has to offer, but also it is to get light reflecting off as many surfaces as possible. Reflected light often brings out new details not otherwise seen. This image is just a different light reflection, but it shows the muscovite cleavage faces a little better.
