Silt is a size category of particles below 1/16 millimeter; that is, below visible range. For this reason QFL cannot easily be determined except with a very good microscope. Generally it is ignored.

Description
The closest view, and this specimen has been wet with water since wetting tends to make individual grains easier to distinguish. But you will notice even here the individual grains are hard to distinguish. Sometimes you think you can, . . . but then, who can really tell? A good candidate for silt.
